PLAY SLO-PITCH SOFTBALL TOURNAMENTS (2026)

We host some of the best softball tournaments in Ontario right here in Welland!

Each year the Welland Slo-Pitch League organizes several Play Slo-Pitch softball tournaments open to mens, ladies and coed teams.

32ND ANNUAL JESSICA COOK WOOD BAT TOURNAMENT

2026 DATE COMING SOON!

This end of summer tradition has been a popular favorite for many ever since it began in 1994.

Other than putting on a really fun tournament, a primary goal of this event is to raise funds and awareness for great charities like Ronald McDonald House in Hamilton and Birchway Niagara.

While Jessica is sadly no longer with us, her love and legacy live on in the hearts of every supporter we've been blessed to have with us through the years. Thank you to the City of Welland and all of our wonderful volunteers for helping us make this tournament a success year in and year out.
